Renee has worked with the senior partners since 1996. She along with John Bevis went to the Capitol during Gov. Barnes’s tenure and created a new branch of the Governor’s Office named the Consumers’ Insurance Advocate. It was during this period that Renee developed a keen interest and ability to advocate for Plaintiffs where medical issues were concerned. She obtained her paralegal certificate through the University of Georgia and works primarily on medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. She also handles personal injury, medical device product liability, and nursing home negligence. Renee enjoys music, hiking, Georgia history and relic hunting, big family gatherings, and weekends with her 2 grandchildren.
