• The Barnes Law Group has filed a class action lawsuit against Bio-Lab, Inc. and KIK Consumer Products stemming from a September 29, 2024 chemical plant fire that forced residents of Conyers Georgia to evacuate or “shelter in place” as a billowing plume of noxious chemicals was released into the environment and surrounding communities.
