Making It Right Is A Fight For Justice
Ben Rosichan represents ordinary people and small businesses who find themselves in extraordinary circumstances. Nobody wants to find themselves in positions where they need to go to court, but when they do it helps to have someone like Ben in your corner. Ben’s background and mindset make him uniquely suited to stand up for people facing tough situations and fight for justice.
Ben graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2017. He interned for the Honorable Amy Totenberg in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in 2016 and 2017, and for the Honorable John J. Goger in the Superior Court of Fulton County in 2015 and 2016. He was the legislative editor on law review, and had a note published in 2017. During school, Ben was a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court, and after school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Before law school, Ben spent seven years as an infantry officer in the United States Army. He served in Afghanistan, commanded two companies in Fort Benning, Georgia, and led an infantry platoon in Fort Irwin, California. He was commissioned after completing ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate and graduating cum laude from the University of San Francisco. He was awarded the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, and the Order of Saint Maurice
