Nextgen class action

The case is currently pending in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, Case No.: 1:23-cv-0204-TWT.

According to public reports, between March 29, 2023, to and April 14, 2023, hackers accessed NextGen Healthcare Inc.’s internal servers where it stored personal information including Social Security Numbers, names, dates of birth, and other sensitive information.

The breach may have affected patients of medical professionals who use NextGen Healthcare, putting their sensitive information at risk. Those affected by the breach may have a received a notification letter informing them that their personal information was compromised.
